In the first instance it's worth checking your inbox to make sure you haven't missed an e-mail from us and from experience we know its also worth checking your spam folder, just in case.
There is also a possibility that you have entered your details incorrectly, your e-mail address for example. You can check this by going to the 'My Account' section.
