I think I may have duplicated my order Follow

OK. This happens occasionally. There is no need to panic or worry unduly.  

We will attempt to pick up on duplicate orders. However, we cannot guarantee to spot all duplicates, especially at busy times, so if you have noticed this before we have been alerted, please feel free to e-mail us with details or, in the last instance, telephone our friendly orders team. 

Every order placed generates an automated confirmation that is emailed to you. This will be a good indicator that a duplicate order has occurred. If you receive more than one confirmation contact us asap.
