The packaging we use is designed to be resilient to buffeting, movement in transit and so on but this can happen. If this occurs you have two choices.
1. You don't have to accept the parcel if it is damaged.
However, if you do...
2. Accept the parcel and sign for as damaged but unchecked.
If you accept goods that you then discover to be damaged please contact us for a replacement component or, if necessary, a replacement item.
