I've received my goods and there are missing parts. Follow

This is very unusual but, of course, it can happen occasionally.

First things first. Before you start to mourn your missing part or worry about it, check all the packaging. It is amazing how often you will find it wrapped up in a piece of cardboard or lurking at the bottom of the carton in a plastic bag. 

If all else fails and you have scoured the packaging for your part, don't hesitate to contact our parts team who will arrange to send out a replacement part ASAP. 

The parts department will require your model number, serial number, part number and a picture if applicable.
